CONDIMENTED ORGANIC PASTA
De la Conca’s organic pasta is produced with spelled flour or durum wheat semolina with a high protein content.
We add our aromatic herbs to the dough to gain all the flavor and aroma in the dish.
We produce it on a small scale and it is dried at a low temperature (between 30 and 40˚C) to obtain a special result of intense taste and unique aroma.
